Server Setup

I have just spent the last two days setting up the server from scratch, hence the site may have been down for those of you who are sad enough to be here. The site is now fully functional (from the server side of things).

Somehow, the “Gallery” page has decided to die since I enabled the “video quicktags” plugin to fix the youtube videos. I didn’t do anything, its just decided to not to work. Whilst having a look at why the Gallery page has decided to not cooperate I managed to “accidentally” upgrade WordPress, but I don’t think I let it finish even though it says it is the latest version now. But nothing else seems to have broken however, the Gallery has not changed. I think it might be easier to just replace the page.

It’s now half past four in the morning, and I realise it would be safer for the computer if I went to sleep before WordPress pushes me over the edge.

Bhladddy Hell!! Posts look a lot longer on the actual website than they do when I write them.

Just to note.. most of the lovely links you see on this page will work till mizfar comes back and fiddles with some apache config files (shouldn’t be long)………………………

Planned Server Downtime

We had some planned server down time today. It was planned on very short notice though so I didn’t bother posting this before the the downtime.

Anyways, It was mainly due to me wanting to bring the server in to school. At which point Huw decided it needed to be de-biscuitised(cleaned). So now that the server is back up and clean, it should make no difference what so ever. Enjoy.

Mizfar’s server died while he was away, so we’ve been pretty much offline for the last month or so.

However, he has returned and so we are back for all those that missed us noticed we were gone.

What’s that? No one did? Oh. Never mind then.

Ooook we finally have chosen some music for the final battle scene, and Huw is currently editing away at it. This means that the film is VERY CLOSE to completion, and should be with you in the next couple of days (hopefully).

In other news we’ll be switching host ’cause streamline.net is crap. This should mean the site actually loads all the time instead of being veeeeeerrrryyyy sllooooooow and being a bit hit and miss…. Thanks go to Mizfar for setting that up..

Oooooook, Huw made me make a site for the Beasts, so here it is.

We’ll keep anybody interested up to date(ish) on what we’re doing, and also have a place where you can watch all the films in one place. Just clicky up to your right there.
